Team Adult and Further Education

The Team Adult and Further Education deals theoretically, empirically and practically with individual, institutional and social aspects of learning and education in adulthood. The research and teaching is carried out across all institutions, learning locations and departments at the theoretical level, the institutional and programme level, the level of learning arrangements and the individual level. The focus will be on various

• Responsible organisations: companies, adult education centres, confessional and trade union organisations, among others,
• Learning venues: e.g. further education institutions, places of associated education (e.g. museums, companies),
• Educational fields: including general, cultural and transcultural, political, vocational and operational training.
