Pedagogical support and accompanying research of an institute development in the field of engineering sciences

The project was able to develop and apply a set of instruments that reveals the organizational development needs in the sense of a learning organization for an engineering institute in a university context. The results systematize the specific institutional interrelationships between the institute, the university, the science system and the company and point out resulting contradictions from which evidence-based organizational development needs can be derived. For this development process, a needs-based concept was developed from the perspective of shaping an organizational culture, accompanied in its implementation, and the results evaluated.
